| | Kingcut adopts CuZn35 as basic material. We adopt electroplating equipment imported from Germany and special electroplating technics. After electroplating one even layer of pure Zinc on the surface of the core material, we draw it till the finished products by using fine continuous drawing with in-line annealing equipment imported from Japan. The special electroplating technics together with the German-imported electroplating equipment ensures the even coating layer and super-strong adhesion., which realizes the high efficient electric discharging of Kingcut coated EDM wire and ensures the heat-sink cooling effect. The Japanese fine continuous drawing with in-line annealing equipment is annealing through electric heating and regulating the voltage based on speed, thus guarantees the stable performance, straightness and surface quality of the product. It enhances the cutting speed by 30% than the normal EDM brass wire and is suitable for medium and high-level machines with higher processing precision and speed requirements such as Agie, Charmilles, Sodick, etc. |
