      Introduction:
        The resin MTL offers is the modified resin consisted of gel formed strong-acid cation exchange resin and strong-base anion exchange resin. It is mixed and re-matched with proper chemical compositions after extensive transaction and special purification and is suitable for slow-speed electric discharge machining whose main purpose is to remove the oxidation of metals.

      Functional group: H+/OH (cation and anion exchange in the same time)
      Distribution form: Gel form (styrene structure)
      Particle size: 0.45~1.2mm
      Features: Physical features: particle size≥95% (the scope of the particle size)
      Water content: 45~60%
      Chemical features: working exchange capacity (mmol/g)>=4.5 (cation); 3.6(anion)
      Attention:
      Keep the resin packed in seal and regularly check whether the resin is packed in good condition.
      The best storage temperature for resin is between -5 and 40℃. Please handle the frozen bags with care to avoid                  mechanical damage and naturally unfreeze the resin to avoid thermal damage.
      Do not unpack the resin under direct sunshine. And check whether the resin is slightly humid when unpacking and spray    some pure water if necessary.
      Filling of the resin: In order to achieve better exchange effect, to improve operation efficiency and to extend the service    cycle of the resin, please first wash the resin container with pure water and then put the whole bag of the resin into the    container at one time. Do not fill the resin together with water, otherwise delamination will occur and thus affect the    operation efficiency and service cycle.
